Ikky Entertainment officially began in January of 2001. I (Toby Brown) was previously the primary promoter at a local record shop in Orlando, FL called DIY Records. We did a slew of punk/indie/hardcore shows there including a ton of great bands listed below in the "Bands I have worked with" section. Since DIY's demise in December of 2000, I started promoting shows on my own at local venues in Orlando. Since then it just sorta avalanched into a full-time thing. After 4 years of independent concert promotion, I graduated into tour management for something new. That became a full time gig for almost 2 years and has just recently been resurfacing at the request of artists and management. In the initial tour management phase I also dabbled in management and hope to steer in that direction over the next couple years.
